Mediterranean frisella
Fresh and summery, also perfect for those who want to stay light for a good tasty and quick dish.
Ingredients
Friselle 8 Tomatoes 200 g Onion 2 Olives 4 tbspFeta cheese 250 gOregano to tasteFresh basil to taste
Procedure
Wash the cherry tomatoes well, dry them and divide them into four parts. In a bowl, put the basil washed and cut into strips. Add the olives, oregano and finally the onion, a pinch of salt and plenty of oil. Mix well and cook for half an hour. Wet the friselle with warm water and place on a cutting board or tray. Wash the feta from the preserving whey and dry it with paper towels. We assemble in this way, crumble the cheese, on each frisella then add the dressing prepared before. Complete with a drizzle of raw oil and bring to the table.
