Ingredients

Procedure
Let's start by preparing the cookie dough (follow our recipe) and put it in a 20 cm mold. We prepare the coffee and of course let it cool. Meanwhile, let's prepare the mascarpone mousse. What? We take a bowl and put the eggs and sugar inside. Add the vanillin and coffee and start whipping everything. We add the mascarpone and a tablespoon of cocoa and whip. The dough must be very firm, if it is not let it rest a little in the refrigerator, whip the cream and add it. We wet the biscuit dough with coffee in the mold or with a liqueur to taste. Take the mousse and sprinkle the biscuit dough, finally sprinkle with cocoa and if we like add chocolate chips. We put in the freezer for half an hour.
