Grilled cheese with asparagus, carrots and fennel seed marinade
Long live the barbecue! Vegetarian dish with grilled cheese, asparagus and carrots marinated with fennel seeds and grilled lime juice. Grilled cheese are an ideal appetizer for a barbecue, a really simple recipe to prepare. Try to prepare them following my advice.

of green asparagus
300 g
of carrots in bunch
salt

of fennel seeds
2 tablespoons
of olive oil

How to proceed
Peel the lower third of the asparagus stems. Tick off the ends. Boil the asparagus and carrots in salted water until they soften a little. Pass the vegetables under cold water, drain them and let them drain. Crush the fennel seeds in a mortar and mix them with the oil. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Mix the vegetables with the marinade. Heat the grill to 220 °C. Grill the vegetables and cheese over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Serve the cheese with asparagus and carrots and sprinkle with fleur de sel.
