There are many proposals for delicious menus but at the same time simple to prepare. Today I will focus on a particular course, that of the appetizer. A special recipe that will make everyone lick their lips. Here comes the cutting board, the party begins! When the time comes to sit at the table, all seated, it is the cutting board that turns heads. No more mothers serving every dish and aunts stealing trays to feed diners.

Serve with bread, white grapes, spring onions and gherkins, apples and puff pastry breadsticks.
