Stuffed Chicken Breast with Asparagus
Good evening, today chicken breast rolls with asparagus and Asiago, a quick recipe with no doses or rules to respect, just roll up the chicken breasts with a slice of Asiago and a blanched asparagus inside, put it in the oven and you're done.
Ingredients
1 chicken breast4 asparagus4 slices of fresh Asiago cheeseOilSalt
Preparation
Remove the hard part from the asparagus, wash them and dip them in plenty of salted water for 2 minutes, drain them and set aside. Put the chicken breast slices on a plate, on top add a slice of Asiago and an asparagus cut to size for the slices, the tip of the asparagus should protrude. Roll up the slices and put the rolls in a baking dish with 2 tablespoons of oil, sprinkle with salt and bake at 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
