Mozzarella roll with salami, olives and rocket

Dear friends, today we don't even turn on the stove to prepare this delicious mozzarella roll with salami, olives and rocket: fresh, without cooking and immediately ready! The mozzarella roll is absolutely among my favorite quick dishes, I always prepare it in a thousand ways: with salmon and spinach, with raw prosciutto, rocket and parmesan, with zucchini, shrimp and walnuts... In short, all you need is a little imagination and you can make so many fresh delicacies, both sea and land! Mozzarella rolls can now be found in all supermarkets, so I'm sure you won't have problems finding it: I'm lucky enough to be able to get it from a local producer who makes them a little bigger than those you can find on the market, but with the same ingredients you can prepare two smaller rolls. So let's see together how to prepare the mozzarella roll with salami, olives and rocket!

Ingredients

350 g mozzarella (roll)
120 g salami
30 g rocket
30 g black olives in brine
extra virgin olive oil

Procedure

First, roll out the mozzarella roll on a cutting board. Cover the surface with sliced salami, then add the rocket. Complete with the black olives cut in half and a drizzle of oil. Roll the mozzarella on itself, then cut it into slices, complete with a drizzle of raw oil and serve. Enjoy your meal, your mozzarella roll with salami, olives and rocket is ready to be enjoyed!

Notes
You can prepare the mozzarella roll a few hours in advance and store it in plastic wrap in the refrigerator: cutting it into regular slices will be even easier! You can enrich the filling with a little grated lemon zest and chopped dried fruit. If sealed in plastic wrap, you can store the mozzarella roll in the refrigerator for a couple of days at most.
