ESCALOPES MARINATED IN BEER

Escalopes are much loved by everyone and represent a great classic of Italian cuisine. There are different versions: lemon, white wine, marsala, etc. but today I would like to offer you my recipe or the MARINATED ESCALOPES IN BIRRA. In particular I used the Belgian beer Blanche, which has a very delicate, sweet and aromatic flavor perfect for giving taste to the slices of meat without leaving a bitter aftertaste. The recipe is really simple and with a few steps.

Ingredients

400 g slices of beef
1 clove garlic
330 ml beer (Belgian Blanche)
flour (to flour the slices of meat)
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice (of 1 lemon)
thyme
salt
black pepper
chopped parsley

Preparation

The first thing to do is marinate the beef slices in a bowl together with a clove of garlic, Blanche beer and a little thyme for 30 minutes. Once this is done, drain the meat and dry the slices well. Flour them and cook them for 2-3 minutes on each side in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil. After turning them on the first side, salt and pepper to taste. When almost cooked, sprinkle with lemon juice and cook for a few seconds. Then serve hot. Here is the result. Tasty and tender ESCALOPES MARINATED IN BEER. Serve with a little chopped fresh parsley.
