Yellow peaches 4 
Sugar 30 g 
Red wine 4 ml 
Cinnamon sticks 1

Preparation

Soak the peaches in boiling water for a few minutes, then drain them; Peel them, cut them in half and remove the stone. Sprinkle with half the sugar and let sit for 1 hour. In a saucepan, bring the wine to a boil with the remaining sugar and cinnamon, then add the peaches and let them soften. Drain them and place them in a large bowl, then pour in the syrup that you have thickened over high heat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
