Panino with Mortadella 



Hello everyone! You know those times when you'd eat an elephant whole? 🙂 hihihi ops!! No? They happen to me a lot!! This nice sandwich was a midnight 🙂 🙂 snack of mine In the fridge I had a pound of excellent mortadella and I just couldn't resist!! As is often the case in nutrition, it is not only the individual elements that are essential for our livelihood, but also their combination. The combination of cured meats and fruit, for example, turns out to be one of the most important because the iron contained in the former is enhanced, or rather activated, by the vitamin C of the fruit.

You may be wondering why all these ingredients are used and the answer is simple: mortadella's fat and sweetness must be mottled and lightened with green and aromatic flavors, otherwise all the potential of mortadella remains unexpressed.

Sandwiches stuffed with mortadella? At last! We continue our journey in search of the best stuffed sandwiches. After collecting all the recipes for sandwiches with raw ham and after all the sandwiches with cooked ham, it's time to take care of the sandwiches with mortadella. When it's time for a snack or lunch in the office and on all those occasions when a sandwich is the answer to hunger and little time, you can choose a sandwich with mortadella. Mortadella for children is the favorite ingredient at snack time. Here is the recipe for a very tasty sandwich, with mortadella. So, are you ready?

Ingredients

110 g bread 
120 g burrata 
20 pistachios
3 slices mortadella
3 anchovy fillets in oil
extra virgin olive oil to taste

Steps

First, let's take all the ingredients we will need for the preparation of our sandwich. After that, we shell and crush the pistachios inside a mortar together with the anchovy fillets. Next, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, then mix well and set aside. In the meantime, heat the slices of bread previously divided in half (horizontally) in a pan over medium heat on both sides for a few minutes, until they are golden. Now let's compose our sandwich: place the burrata cut into pieces on the surface of the slice of bread; then, spread the chopped pistachios and anchovies on top of the burrata; next, place the mortadella slices on top of the grains; Finally, complete the sandwich by closing it with the other slice of bread. Et voila! Here is our sandwich with mortadella, with burrata, pistachios and anchovies, homemade! Ready to taste it?
