Pizza With Cheese, Speck, and Baby Artichokes 



Pizza is a crowd-pleaser suiting the tastes of every palate. In this recipe, we top ready-made pizza dough with three of my favorite ingredients: fresh cheese, smokey speck and baby artichokes.

INGREDIENTS

11 OZ. of readymade pizza dough
5 OZ. of crushed tomatoes
2 OZ. of fresh cheese
2 OZ. of speck
4 of baby artichokes in oil
oregano
olive oil
all-purpose flour
salt
pepper

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Thinly slice the cheese and distribute evenly over the dough. Finish with sliced speck and garnish with artichokes, cut into small wedges. Season with salt, pepper, and a generous pinch of oregano. Drizzle with a little oil and bake for around 25 minutes.
