Pizza is certainly one of the most loved dishes in the world. It is a dish enjoyed with pleasure at any age and in many versions. We can season it to our taste or following traditional recipes: in any case, it will not disappoint us! It's salty, but it's also sweet. It can be thinner or thicker and crispier. Sometimes, it even has the tallest "cornices" filled with mozzarella. The secret of its success is in the pasta and in the sauce, but you must always prepare it with love and attention... or else it won't be the same. That said, you may be wondering: what does pizza have to do with balsamic vinegar? Yes, that's right: balsamic vinegar can also be used in the preparation of a delicious pizza. Of course, it won't be just any pizza, but rather a pizza out of the ordinary.
We will need flour, brewer's yeast, extra virgin olive oil, a little salt, water and, of course, a touch of balsamic vinegar. Simple to prepare and basic in its presentation, Pizza is energetic, filling, and delicious. Thanks to it, you will be able to assimilate numerous nutrients from the flour (without forgetting to choose an organic and quality product, preferably not too refined), capable of guaranteeing us a good supply of fiber and carbohydrates. The other ingredients will also make a difference and balsamic vinegar will give added value to your meal, both from an organoleptic and nutritional point of view. In short, taste and nourishment will not be lacking and, therefore, there will be no dissatisfied people on your table! You can offer this pizza as an appetizer, for dinner, for lunch, during a picnic and even enjoy it as a snack.
Place the dough on a pastry board and knead it with your hands, beating it several times for a few minutes, until it decreases in volume. Roll it out into one or more regular discs with a maximum thickness of half a centimeter, with raised edges. If you use the baking dish, grease it with oil. Season to taste and place the pizza on the oven plate, so that it is evenly hit by the heat in all its parts. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°-280°C for about 25 minutes. Before bringing it to the table, sprinkle the teaspoons of balsamic vinegar over the entire surface... Enjoy your meal!
