French-style chicken on spaghetti and a side of green beans and toasted almonds

Spaghetti 300 g
Green beans
1 chicken breast
1/2 mm onion
1/2 mm core
1 coffee mug
White wine
Mixed fried food
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
50 g of feta cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
Almonds to taste

Steps

Here's how to prepare Spaghetti with chicken and green beans. Remove the two ends from the green beans, remove the hard thread and wash them. Cook them for a few minutes, leaving them al dente, in boiling water. Drain them, pass them under cold water and let them drain again and cool. When they are cold, cut them into pieces. Clean and peel the carrot and onion, slice them and fry them with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Blend everything with the immersion blender. Slice the chicken breast, cut it into sticks and then into cubes. Add them to the sauce and brown. Pour the wine and let it evaporate while stirring. Add the green beans and tomato puree, season with salt, cover and cook. Bring the water needed to cook the spaghetti to the boil, dip it when it starts to boil and add the salt. Drain the feta well and dry it with absorbent paper. Line the air fryer drip tray with baking paper, cut the feta into small pieces, place them on the baking paper and melt in the air fryer at 180° for the necessary time. You will get some cheese "pizzo" or "lace". Drain the pasta, pour it into the pan and season it by turning on the heat, if necessary add a few tablespoons of cooking water. Prepare the dishes and decorate the pasta with the toasted almonds and the feta lace.
