Clean the onions and cut them into slices. Put the extra virgin olive oil, sliced onions, parsley, oregano and salt in a pan. Stew the onions over high heat for a few minutes, stirring often, then add a little water, cover them with a lid, lower the heat and let them cook for about 10 minutes. Oil the pizza pan well, pour the dough with whole wheat flour into it and spread it with well-oiled hands. Spread the onions cooked in the pan on the surface of the instant focaccia. Bake the wholemeal focaccia with onions in a preheated oven at 200°C in static mode for about 25 minutes.
