Preparation

At this point, decide how you want your burger: if you want a hamburger with cheese inside, once you have created the meatball, place a piece of cheese in its center, and then crush it evenly to give it the shape of the hamburger and hide the cheese inside. Once the burgers are made, proceed to cook them in a pan, turning them from time to time on both sides. If, on the other hand, you want the hamburger with cheese on top, make the meatball and proceed directly to give the mixture the shape of the hamburger.
