Potatoes stuffed with raw prosciutto and thyme

6 potatoes
150 gr of cured ham
Thyme
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
A jar of yogurt
Dill to taste
Procedure
Wash the potatoes very well and repeatedly, then cut them into thin slices, without completing the slice at the bottom. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of baking paper. Then cover them with extra virgin olive oil, pepper, a pinch of salt and garnish with thyme. Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes until they are well cooked. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes, then stuff them with cured ham.
