Ingredients
1 pack of smoked bacon in cbes
300 gr of pizza dough
4 eggs
200 gr of pecorino romano cheese
Fresh basil to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Preparation
Roll out the pizza dough and grease it with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Grate over the pecorino cheese and place the Negroni smoked bacon. Bake the pizza at 250°C for 10-15 minutes. Add the eggs, being careful not to break the yolk and bake again for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven the pizza, add ground pepper, pecorino cheese flakes, a round of extra virgin olive oil and some fresh basil leaves.
