Savory pie with zucchini, scamorza cheese and cooked prosciutto

Ingredients
A pack of puff pastry or brisè1 Pack of Cooked Ham2 medium zucchini100 gr of smoked scamorza cheeseParmigiano Reggiano to taste1 clove of garlicExtra virgin olive oilsalt & pepper to taste
Procedure
First, brown a clove of garlic in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, keeping the heat to a minimum. Meanwhile, wash and dry the zucchini, cut them into thin slices and place them in the pan: let them cook until they have completely softened. Cut the smoked scamorza into cubes, coarsely break the Negroni High Quality Cooked Ham and dedicate yourself to completing and composing your light savory pie. Once the zucchini is cooked, let them cool. Roll out the puff pastry inside the pan and prick the bottom. On the base arrange a part of zucchini, some cubes of smoked scamorza cheese and part of the cooked ham, finally a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano. Continue until you have finished all the ingredients. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
