Paccheri pasta with meat and EVO oil to taste
Paccheri with fast meat sauce are an ideal first course to prepare when you want something delicious but not too elaborate or long to prepare. This sauce is in fact prepared in less than 30 minutes and is really tasty and perfect for seasoning not only paccheri, but also gnocchi or other pasta shapes. The paccheri are a tasty and super tasty pasta dish. An easy sauce to prepare, with simple ingredients for this recipe that recalls the conviviality of a Sunday lunch.
Ingredients
200 g paccheri
half chopped white onion
1 piece of chopped celery
half a small diced carrot
150 g sausage deprived of the skin
150 g minced beef or veal
1 sprig of rosemary
2 sage leaves
grated Grana Padano cheese to taste
olive oil to taste
salt to taste
Procedure
To prepare the Paccheri with fast meat sauce, start from the preparation of the sauce: in a large and capacious pan brown in a little olive oil half chopped white onion, 1 piece of chopped celery and half a carrot in small cubes, until all these vegetables are well cooked and softened. At this point add 150 g of sausage deprived of the skin and 150 g of minced beef or veal, then let them brown crumbling them well with a fork, until they are completely cooked and the liquid they have released has completely evaporated. Now add 1 sprig of rosemary, 2 sage leaves, mix well and continue cooking for 5 minutes, after which you can cook for another 15 minutes or until the sauce is well cooked and restricted. At the end of cooking, season with salt and keep your sauce warm while you take care of the pasta. Cook 200 g of paccheri in a pot full of lightly salted boiling water, letting it cook for the time indicated on the package. As soon as the paccheri are cooked, drain and season with the quick sauce, then serve them on the table sprinkling them with a little grated Grana Padano cheese and enjoy your meal!
