Wood-fired oven-baked fresine



At home, choosing lunch is always a difficult thing! Eager for something fresh and hasty, the Calabrian fresine are the perfect meal for the summer. Today I have chosen to offer you two very simple variants that will conquer you with their rich and decisive taste! So what are you waiting for? Ingredients

2 round white cutters
8 picadilly tomatoes
basil to taste
salt to taste
oil e.v.o.
half a clove of garlic

Ingredients for the fresine with olives and mozzarella:

2 integral oval cutters
60 gr mozzarella fiordilatte
1/4 onion
salt
oregano to taste
oil
4 olives

Procedure

To prepare the Calabrian fresine start making those with tomato. Take the resins and rub the surface with the clove of garlic. Cut the cherry tomatoes into pieces and divide them on the two resins. Season with salt, oil and basil! Equally simple are the fresine with olives and mozzarella. Lightly wet the long resins under running water, cut the mozzarella into cubes and place it on the cutters. Slice the onions and olives and arrange them between the mozzarella cubes. Season with salt, oil and oregano! The dish is ready... I just have to wish you buon appetito!
