Spaghetti with olive oil, garlic, tomatoes and basil from the garden
Today I propose a first course to be made in a few minutes. It is perfect when you have little time to devote to the stove, but at the same time you do not want to give up a good plate of pasta. These are spaghetti with garlic, oil and cherry tomatoes. A few simple ingredients are able to create a dish that has nothing to envy to the most elaborate courses. You just need to cook the right way... There is a fundamental step that can enhance the flavor of pasta. I'll tell you with this recipe!
Ingredients
160 g Spaghetti
1 clove Garlic
Olive oil
10 Red cherry tomatoes
Salt
1 sprig Parsley
Basil to taste
Preparation
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into four parts. Heat plenty of olive oil in a large pan. Add the chopped garlic and fry for a few seconds. Add the cherry tomatoes, salt to taste, mix the ingredients and turn off the heat. This is the secret to getting the perfect sauce. The cherry tomatoes will release a little water, but at the same time they will remain fresh and tasty. They will give a spectacular flavor to your pasta. Add half of the chopped parsley to the cherry tomatoes and stir. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Drain it al dente and pour it into the prepared sauce. Add half of the remaining parsley, rekindle the heat and skip for a few seconds. The spaghetti with garlic, oil and cherry tomatoes are ready. Serve by decorating each portion with leftover parsley and basil. All you have to do is serve and enjoy this simple, but tasty, pasta dish.
