Ingredients

Red peppers 4
Extra virgin olive oil
 1 tablespoon Garlic  2 cloves 
Parsley to taste
Salt to taste

Procedure

We begin the preparation of roasted peppers, garlic and parsley by preheating the oven in grill mode. Wash the peppers, put them in a baking tray (lined with parchment paper and a little water), bake them and toast them by turning them on each side periodically. When they are roasted, put them 5 minutes in a paper or plastic bag and close it tightly. Let them cool and, at that point, remove the skin and seeds. Cut the roasted peppers into strips and put them in a baking dish; Season with salt, garlic, parsley and extra virgin olive oil. Roasted peppers, garlic and parsley can be served immediately or, better yet, after resting them for a couple of hours. Your roasted peppers, garlic and parsley are ready!
