PENNE WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND WITH TUNA

INGREDIENTS
180 gr of penne rigate
100 gr of tuna in oil
450 gr of cherry tomatoes (or tomato puree)
1 clove of garlic
salt to taste
extra virgin olive oil to taste
basil
PREPARATION
Wash the cherry tomatoes and pass them in a mixer. Drain the tuna from the oil and chop it with a fork. In a pan heat the oil and when hot add the clove of garlic and cook it in a poache. After a while, remove it and add the tomato sauce to the mixer (or tomato puree). And a little hot water. Cook over medium heat, with lid, for about ten minutes. Then add the chopped tuna, and cook for about 5 minutes. Salt. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water, according to the indications, and drain it al dente. Pour the pasta into the pan with the sauce. Sauté the pasta in a pan for a minute. Serve hot!
