Goat cheese, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes and basil toast 🍅⁣




It seems that every kind of food is having a small moment to shine in the spotlight. Toast will always have a place in my heart. Also unadorned, Toast is delicious: the edges become crispy and slightly caramelized, the golden brown exterior gives way to soft and boiling interiors. When Toast is good, oh, it's good. And as simple as I like it, I play disguise every now and then. A little rich goat cheese, some roasted tomatoes, a drizzle of reduced balsamic vinegar and fresh basil is always a classic game. Are you a toast lover or a hater?

Bruschetta with Tomato and Goat Cheese. The bruschetta was born in the peasant environment, in fact, the peasants had the custom of feeding, during the working day, with slices of bread that were toasted on the grill and seasoned with tomato and olive oil. Today bruschetta has become a popular appetizer throughout Italy and abroad. I prepared bruschetta with a combination that satisfied us enormously for how the ingredients were completed for an intense and fragrant flavor for an excellent appetizer.

Ingredients

slices of good quality bread
fresh goat cheese
roasted cherry tomatoes
reduced balsamic vinegar
fresh basil
olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Toast the bread. I like to toast mine in a pan: season a little oil in a pan and heat over medium heat. Put the bread in hot oil and toast, keeping an eye on it, until it becomes golden and crispy. Flip. Spread the goat cheese over the toast and season with balsamic, basil, a drizzle of oil and salt and pepper to taste. Have fun now!
