Biscuit Parfait with Mascarpone and Nutella
The Mascarpone and Nutella biscuit parfait is a summer sweet (but not only) easy and quick to make. We will need a few ingredients: Mascarpone, Cream, Biscuits and of course Nutella. It has a rectangular shape, so to prepare it I used a glass baking dish but also a plumcake mold will be fine. We can customize the Biscuit Parfait using precisely the type of Biscuits that we like best, or instead of mascarpone we can use ricotta. Let's see the Recipe!
Ingredients
250 g Petit biscuits (approx.)
Nutella
250 g Mascarpone
Chopped hazelnuts
250 g Sweetened cream
Preparation
Let's start the preparation of the Mascarpone and Nutella Biscuit Parfait by lining a plumcake mold or any similar rectangular container with plastic wrap, put it aside because we will need it later. Pour the Mascarpone and the Sweetened Cream into a large bowl, whip the ingredients using an electric mixer. Beat until you get a nice firm cream. Take back the lined mold and form a first layer of Dry Biscuits, add a few tablespoons of Cream and level it using the back of a spoon or a spatula, then add a few tablespoons of Nutella and level it too. Repeat the layers in this order until you finish the ingredients. Finish with a layer of well-leveled Nutella and decorate with a handful of chopped hazelnuts. Place the Mascarpone and Nutella Biscuit Parfait in the freezer for at least a few hours. Serve to taste.
