Bucatini with lemon and crab meat
It is a simple and fragrant first course, where the crab meat is enhanced by the acidity of the lemon and the freshness of the parsley.
380 gr of bucatini pasta
1 red bell pepper
125 gr of canned crab meat
chopped parsley
half a teaspoon of chili pepper
zest and juice of a lemon
a pinch of salt
extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Wash and clean the pepper by removing the inner white part and the seeds. Cut the pepper into strips. In a non-stick pan heat a tablespoon of oil and fry the pepper with a pinch of salt for 10-15 minutes until it becomes tender and slightly golden. Lower the heat and add the drained crab meat, part of the chopped parsley, chili, zest and lemon juice. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water. Drain the pasta and sauté it in the pan with the sauce. Serve with the remaining part of chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
