INGREDIENTS

400g Corn flakes
Strong mustard 2 tbsp. coffee
Salt pepper
Egg(s) 1
Flour
Salt pepper

PREPARATION

Mix mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Drain and cut the mozzarella into pieces. Add it to the bowl and stir well to coat well. Refrigerate for an hour. Crush the cornflakes into pieces. Coat the pieces of mozzarella with flour then dip them in the beaten egg and roll them in the cornflakes into crumbs. Leave to cool for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the croquettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes. Enjoy hot.
