Cajun Shrimp




Cajun shrimp can be made in just under 10 minutes. This spicy and buttery shrimp recipe is something that people will rave about! Pair your shrimp with pasta, rice, vegetables or eat them yourself, whatever you choose, you will have a dinner that everyone likes! If you're looking for a quick protein for dinner tonight, tasty Cajun shrimp should be at the top of your list! Each small shrimp is a tasty bite full of Cajun flavor and you can whip them almost a short time! Make a few simple side dishes and you can have a quick and easy dinner suitable for any day of the week. I highly recommend the optional herbes de Provence and lemon juice. It really raises the profile of taste!

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons Butter - To fry the shrimp.
1 teaspoon garlic - Chopped.
1 pound of shrimp - Coarse, and peeled.
1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning - Look at the recipe or use your favorite brand.
1 tsp Herbs of Provence for extra flavor
1 large lemon squeezed or served separately.

PREPARATION

There is really not much for this recipe since the shrimp cook quickly! Take a pan and spatula and you're good to go! This recipe is for 1 pound of shrimp that will yield about 4 serving. Melt. Put 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium-large pan and melt over medium-high heat. When the butter has melted and starts to boil, add 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic and brown it for 1minute. Add the shrimp. Once the garlic is fragrant, add 1 pound of shrimp that has been peeled and peeled and the Cajun dressing. Stir until well covered. At this time you can also add 1 teaspoon of Herbes de Provence, as well as a freshly squeezed lemon juice. Skip. Continue to fry the shrimp until they are no longer translucent and a beautiful pink color, about 3-5 minutes. Serve. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Serve your shrimp with a side of rice, or you could even mix it with your Cajun Sausage Pasta! Garnishing a steaming bowl of jasmine rice with your Cajun shrimp would also be tasty.
