PREPARATION

Divide the pizza dough and knead each dough by rolling it out by hand until you get a disc. In a bowl chop the peeled tomatoes, add a little oil, salt and oregano. Dice the mozzarella and let it drain in a colander so that it loses any excess water. Brush the surface of the pizza with oil, add a few tablespoons of seasoned tomatoes, distribute the sausage, prosciutto and salami on the pizza. Finish the filling with olives, mushrooms and a handful of mozzarella cubes and bake in a hot oven at 200/220 C degrees for about 20 minutes.
