Fettuccine with shrimp & clams

INGREDIENTS 250 gr of fettuccine10 Argentine prawns500 gr of clams 400 g Cherry tomatoes1/2 glass of white wineparsley to tastesalt to tastechili pepper to tasteoil to taste
GUIDELINES Thaw the clams in a pan with a little oil and set aside. Clean the thawed shrimp and cook them with a little oil and a little chili. Divide the cherry tomatoes in half. Add the thawed clams, season with salt, stir in the white wine, let it evaporate. Cook the fettuccine in salted water, drain them al dente and season with the sauce based on shrimp and clams. Add the fresh parsley. And you can enjoy your plate of fettuccine with prawns, clams and cherry tomatoes.
TipsIf you do not like the chili you can omit it and leave your fetticcine with prawns, clams and cherry tomatoes a little more delicate. If you prefer to give a little more acidity to the dish, blend the clams with a little white wine.
