Black sea bass with a side of veggies



The baked sea bass enriched with a side dish of seasonal baked vegetables: potatoes, peppers, zucchini and onions. The recipe for sea bass with vegetables is a delicious second course of fish and perfect for those who love combinations vegetables and fish. Sea bass is a sea fish characterized by a very tasty meat and rich in magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and calcium. It is excellent steamed, grilled or roasted in a pan. Another element in favor is that the bones are very easily extractable making this fish suitable even for the little ones. Sea bass is an exquisite fish and much appreciated to offer and propose to family and friends. Adults and children of all ages appreciate these meats with a refined flavor. Today I present this simple and tasty recipe. You can prepare it at a banquet, for a family celebration or prepare in the work line and keep it on the menu. Are you ready to get to work? Ingredients

2 sea bass, private from scales and entrails
3 medium yellow potatoes
1 bell pepper
2 zucchini
2 red onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olives
aromatic herbs to taste
extra virgin olive oil to taste
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Procedure

Turn on the oven to 180° C. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices half a centimeter thick. Clean the peppers and slice them into strips, cut the zucchini into slices and cut the red onions into 4 parts. Put all the freshly prepared vegetables, together with 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper and add 3 tablespoons of oil. Mix everything. Rinse the sea bass, dry them with kitchen paper. Add salt, pepper the inside of the belly and place a clove of garlic inside each fish. Place the sea bass in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place the vegetables all around the fish. Add salt and pepper the outside of the fish, add the olives, herbs and a further round of oil. Cover with aluminum foil and bake the fish. Cook it for 15 minutes, then remove the aluminum and continue cooking for another 25 to 30 minutes.
