Black sea bass with a side of veggies

Ingredients
2 sea bass, private from scales and entrails
3 medium yellow potatoes
1 bell pepper
2 zucchini
2 red onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olives
aromatic herbs to taste
extra virgin olive oil to taste
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Procedure
Turn on the oven to 180° C. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices half a centimeter thick. Clean the peppers and slice them into strips, cut the zucchini into slices and cut the red onions into 4 parts. Put all the freshly prepared vegetables, together with 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper and add 3 tablespoons of oil. Mix everything. Rinse the sea bass, dry them with kitchen paper. Add salt, pepper the inside of the belly and place a clove of garlic inside each fish. Place the sea bass in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place the vegetables all around the fish. Add salt and pepper the outside of the fish, add the olives, herbs and a further round of oil. Cover with aluminum foil and bake the fish. Cook it for 15 minutes, then remove the aluminum and continue cooking for another 25 to 30 minutes.
