Good afternoon to all dear readers, today a very easy and very good recipe, the tuna steak with arugula and cherry tomatoes. A practical second course to prepare, I often do it in the evening when I return from the sea too late and put myself in the kitchen to cook elaborate dishes and almost impossible! This tuna solution is the most welcome at home. 🙂 The sliced tuna with tomatoes and arugula is a very tasty and light second course, very simple and quick to prepare with fresh tuna.

The sliced tuna with cherry tomatoes and arugula is one of those dishes that is prepared in a very short time but of a unique goodness. Ready in 10 minutes, fresh and light is perfect for a summer dinner. Tuna is an excellent fish, characterized by a tender meat and excellent nutritional properties. Fresh tuna has an average of 159 Kcal per 100 grams and therefore is very suitable for those on a diet, it is also rich in vitamin A, phosphorus, calcium, sodium and magnesium. Both consumed fresh and canned, tuna is an excellent food for those who want to follow a healthy diet, in fact, like all fish, it is rich in omega 3, good fats that help decrease blood cholesterol preventing cardiovascular diseases.

Ingredients
