Spicy sausage and mozzarella pizza
Pizza with spicy sausage and mozzarella, gluten-free recipe easy and quick to make. A homemade pizza like that of rotisseries or bakeries; Yummy and soft. The pizza recipe with spicy sausage and mozzarella is for two large pizzas 26/28 cm. The pizza with sausage and mozzarella that I want to offer you believe me will not make you regret that of the pizzeria. To further enrich the filling, the addition of fior di latte mozzarella and cooked ham made the difference.
I chose the spicy sausage as a quality as it is very welcome in the family but, of course, you can choose as you like. It's always a big feast on the table when I serve pizza; It can satisfy the desire very well with little expense and a lot of yield but in particular made with selected and genuine products. For the dough I helped myself with a bread machine, in fact while she kneads and continues with the leavening I carefully prepare the ingredients to stuff my delicious pizza, definitely to be made and redone by varying only the ingredients to taste.
Ingredients
300 g flour
250 ml Water (lukewarm)
8 g Fresh brewer's yeast
1 pinch Salt
2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
Tomato puree
2 mozzarella
Salami
oregano
Preparation
In a bowl, dissolve the yeast with a little water. Pour the flour and add the remaining water and stir vigorously with a spoon. Add salt and oil and continue kneading until you get a sticky dough. At this point the dough is ready for leavening. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in the oven until doubled. After the leavening time, divide the dough into two parts and with oil-greasy hands form balls. Place each dough in a round baking pan greased with oil, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 0 minutes. Roll out each dough in the pan trying to leave the edges higher. Season with tomato puree, salt, oregano and oil. Bake one pizza at a time in a preheated oven at 220°C degrees for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes take the pizza out of the oven and season with diced mozzarella and sliced sausage. Cook for another 15 minutes at 200°C. *Cooking varies from oven to oven.
