Side dish of green beans
If you want to prepare without too much effort an unusual side dish of green beans, I have the recipe that can do for you. It is a very tasty and appetizing dish, suitable for everyday cooking. I often prepare it because it is always very appreciated in my house and also because it is simple and rather fast. The classic recipe to keep written down to have it ready for the first need. Stewed green beans are a classic side dish of tradition, a simple dish to prepare and genuine, which goes well with many second dishes.
Ingredients
600 g green beans
1 garlic clove
1 sprig parsley
4 anchovy fillets in oil
extra virgin olive oil
salt
black pepper
Preparation
Clean the green beans and wash them well under running water. Steam them until tender, but still crispy (it will take about 25/30 minutes). Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat a few tablespoons of oil and brown the finely chopped garlic (if you do not like it, you can leave it whole and remove it at the end of cooking). When the green beans are cooked, transfer them directly to the sauce pan and let them flavor for a few minutes, stirring them gently. Season with salt and pepper. At the end of cooking, perfume with plenty of chopped parsley. Serve the side dish of green beans hot or warm. Enjoy!
