Then follow this recipe to the letter and you will see that goodness. 😉 The perfect side dish to accompany this second course are baked potatoes or a mixed salad or sautéed vegetables. Baked chicken with rosemary, a simple, easy, fast and classic second course, which everyone always likes. Let's find out the recipe.
Ingredients
chicken pieces (thighs or breasts) 4
Garlic 1 clove
Rosemary 1 sprig
Extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Preparation
The first operation to be carried out is to remove the hair from the skin of the chicken by burning them with the flame of the stove or a kitchen torch being very careful. Then make cuts not too deep on each piece of meat and on each of it insert rosemary finely cut with scissors. Then season with salt and on each thigh or thigh insert a piece of garlic. Place the parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the meat on it. Complete with a tablespoon of olive oil on the surface of the chicken before baking. Bake in the oven (already hot) at 170/180 C degrees for about 40/45 minutes, until golden brown. Let the baked chicken with rosemary cool for about 5 minutes before serving it at the table and remember to remove the garlic.
Notes
To make the chicken tastier and more fragrant I use my FLAVORED SALT FOR MEAT AND POTATOES. For all those who are following a diet use the same recipe by removing the skin from the chicken and then skipping the first step reported in the first paragraph, and maybe not using olive oil before cooking but only the aromas.
