Preparing a perfect cold cuts platter is an art of the most delicious culinary tradition. The cold cuts platters, in fact, in addition to being tasty and appreciated at tables and parties, are also beautiful to see and prepare. During the holidays, but also during a dinner, a buffet, on important occasions or during a more "contrary than usual" evening, the cold cuts platter is practically the ideal dish. It is certainly not what is called a light dish but, on the other hand, it is a dish rich in taste, practically in a single bite!
