Vaona Paverno 2015 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG

The classic Amarone Paverno of the Vaona winery is born in the vineyards owned by the Vaona family, located in the hills of the Classic area of Valpolicella, located at an altitude of 200-250 meters above sea level. When ripe, the grapes are selected and placed in small wooden boxes, where a traditional drying of over 3 months takes place. This classic Amarone then matures for 30 months in oak barrels of 10-15 hl and another 5 months in bottle. This red wine from Veneto is powerful and structured, characterized by an intense aroma with a characteristic hint of cherry and evident notes Spicy. Excellent in combination with red meats, game, braised meats, aged cheeses. Serve at 18-20°C.
