Pizza with spicy salami
Homemade pizza is always a success! For lovers of spicy here is an idea, the PIZZA WITH SPICY SALAMI is one of my favorites. Making it is simple and is seasoned with spicy salami and mozzarella and semi-seasoned pecorino cheese and for the more adventurous also with freshly cut chili. Pizza is one of the most famous Italian products in the world. Today I propose a very simple one, dedicated to all those who can eat spicy! The pizza with spicy salami and pecorino cheese is the family pizza. I've been eating it since I was little and it's an explosion of taste! I made this pizza with pizza dough, a slow-leavened pizza with little brewer's yeast. I then seasoned the pizza with tomato and mozzarella, stuffing it with spicy salami and semi-seasoned pecorino cheese cut into small pieces. Anyone who has tasted this pizza has been ecstatic!
Ingredients
800 grams of pizza dough
350 grams of peeled tomatoes
120 grams of spicy salami
oregano
chili
extra virgin olive oil
salt
Procedure
Divide the dough into four parts and roll it out into four discs on a floured pastry board. Oil 4 pizza pans on the plate and arrange the dough discs. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, blend the peeled tomatoes and preheat the oven to a temperature of 220 C degrees. Veiling the pizzas with the tomato, distributing it evenly with a spoon. Add salt, season with a little oil and bake for about 10 minutes. Remove the pizzas, distribute the salami into slices, sprinkle with chili, oregano and put back in the oven until cooked.
