1 sachet of instant yeast for savory preparations

Preparation

To prepare this recipe, start from the dough it takes just a few minutes, because instant yeast is used, so after preparation the dough does not need leavening. In a bowl, put the flour, oil, sugar and salt, work with your hands, quickly and add the water flush. Pour the baking powder and knead, as soon as the dough has reached the right consistency, roll out on an oiled baking tray and keep in the oven off with the light on for at least half an hour. Then spread over the salt, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, black olives. Bake in the oven at 180 C degrees and cook for half an hour, then take it out of the oven and serve.

Enjoy your meal!

Combine more than a half-century of winemaking expertise, the dramatic landscape and terroir of northern Italy, and a profound enjoyment of the good things in life. The result: Cavit wines, a wide range of wines that perfectly express the most representative local and international varieties of the territory, appreciated all over the world. The Cavit winery is located in Trentino, Italy, a picturesque landscape of mountains, lakes, apple orchards, and medieval castles. Vineyards in this region enjoy the warming effects of the “Ora del Garda,” a dry, balmy breeze that sweeps across nearby Lake Garda and protects the fruit from moisture and disease. Contrastingly cool evenings promote rich, intense aromas and flavors in the grapes. Cavit swept onto the radar of international wine lovers in the 1970s as a pioneer of a then little-known white wine called Pinot Grigio. Prized for its crisp, elegant character, fruit flavors, and delicate floral aroma, Pinot Grigio is a demanding grape to cultivate, but has flourished in northern Italy for over a century. Cavit has consistently championed this varietal, earning its well-deserved title of America’s #1 Italian Pinot Grigio.

Cavit Collection Pinot Grigio delle Venezie IGT

Tasting notes: Color: light golden Alcohol content: 12%. Strong pear, white peach, and lemon skin. Some melon and green apple. Minerality was pleasant. On the nose, apple, citrus and minerals. On the palate, green apple, melon, lemon, lime and minerals. Crisp and refreshing. Great as an aperitivo or with shellfish, vegetarian food, or mushrooms. It's light-plus bodied, extra dry and notably food-friendly.

Wine experts think this Northern Italy Pinot Grigio wine would be a match made in heaven with this dish. Bon appétit!
