Cod with tomatoes
A quick recipe and also rather light without, however, forgetting the flavor. If you can, buy cod already desalted you will benefit in the preparation of the dish, and in just 20 minutes you will put on the table a second delicious dish... Fancy a fish? Today I propose the recipe to prepare cod with cherry tomatoes, a second really easy, but suitable for those who want to serve light dishes without sacrificing taste. For this preparation I advise you to buy cod already desalted to avoid having to "lose" too much time for soaking. The cod, with its savory flavor, lends itself well to be combined with simple cherry tomatoes and lends itself to be served with toasted bread or with a side dish of roasted potatoes. The choice is yours.
The recipe is simple and is prepared in a short time. You can also prepare it in advance and heat it at the moment of need. It is an excellent second course, to be accompanied with a seasonal salad or baked potatoes for a light but genuine dinner.
