Fried Pork Chops

BREADED PORK CHOPS: crunchy outside and very tender inside. Today I want to tell you about a simple and tasty recipe to transform simple pork chops into tender and tasty breaded cutlets that conquer everyone at the table. Pork can sometimes be dry simply cooked in a pan but prepared in this way it turns into an exquisite second course. A few simple ingredients and in a few minutes here are some delicious, breaded pork chops. Breaded pork chops are a cooking method that makes the chops more inviting and tastier. A golden crust on the outside retains the juices of this cut of very lean meat and that in traditional cooking always remains rather dry and stringy. Breaded cutlets instead will be tender and tasty, and I assure you, you will like them and everyone in your family also. Breaded pork chops will be special if served with a side dish of mixed vegetables and accompanying lemon.

Ingredients
4 Pork chops
2 Eggs (medium)
4 tablespoons Parmigiano Reggiano (grated)
80 g Breadcrumbs
50 Flour to taste
Seed oil (for frying) to taste
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Remove some nerves or small bones from the pork chops. Thin them with a meat mallet after placing them between two sheets of baking paper. Beat the two eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Pour the flour into a dish and the breadcrumbs mixed with the grated Parmesan cheese into another dish. Pass the slices of meat first in the flour making it adhere well on all sides. Now pass the meat first in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs mixed with the Parmesan, pressing to make it adhere well on all sides. Now you just have to cook the breaded pork chops: heat plenty of seed oil in a pan and fry the meat in hot oil. Let them drain on sheets of kitchen paper.

For a lighter cooking you can cook the pork chops in the oven: place them in a greased baking tray or lined with baking paper, oil them slightly on the surface and then let them cook in a hot oven at 190 ° for 14-15 minutes.

Tips
If you prefer you can also remove the bone from the chops. You can prepare the chops in advance and freeze them so that you have them ready only to cook them.
