A great classic of our cuisine that everyone always likes and is very simple to prepare, but try to cook the fish in this way is even tastier! I chose sea bream fillets but any fish you want and like is fine, the fish au gratin with peppers and potatoes really has an extra flavor, not the usual tasteless boiled fish, but a tasty and healthy recipe at the same time and then it's very easy!

The baked sea bream fillets with peppers and potatoes are very tender, obviously fish and potatoes have different cooking, so the peppers and baked potatoes are cooked first and then the breaded fish fillets are added, ah the breading is without eggs, the sea bream fillets are simply passed in breadcrumbs. Let's see how to make baked sea bream fillets au gratin with potatoes and peppers! A second course really delicious and simple to prepare good and perfect for any occasion, I propose it as a second course for New Year's day! Ingredients
1 sea bream
500 g potatoes
2 red peppers
breadcrumbs to taste
parsley
extra virgin olive oil
salt
Preparation
To prepare the fillets of sea bream au gratin in the oven, first dedicate yourself to the preparation of the fish. In a dish prepare the breading of breadcrumbs and parsley. Pass the sea bream fillets in the breading and keep them aside. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cut the peppers into thin strips. Put the vegetables in a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil and salt. Stir and transfer the potatoes and peppers seasoned in a baking tray with parchment paper. Cook the peppers and potatoes in a static oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula. After 20 minutes of cooking, add the breaded fish if necessary, add more extra virgin olive oil. Continue cooking the sea bream fillets au gratin in the oven for another 15 minutes. When they are golden brown, take them out of the oven and if you want to adjust the fish in the oven with salt.
I did not add salt to the sea bream because being fresh and sea was tasty. Let the baked breaded fish cool slightly. Before enjoying it, add to the fillets of sea bream au gratin with potatoes and peppers raw oil and a cascade of fresh parsley.
