Tiramisù with lemon

The lemon tiramisù, perhaps, will not be as famous as the classic one but especially in summer it is a fresh, light and above all ideal variant to be enjoyed at the end of a dinner. In this recipe the ladyfingers, instead of being soaked in coffee as happens in the classic tiramisù, are passed in an alcoholic wet composed of Limoncello, water and sugar. Even the mascarpone cream has an intense lemon scent since it is mixed with the juice of 2 lemons and the grated rind of half a lemon. The preparation of lemon tiramisù is quick and easy and, in a few minutes, will allow you to bring to the table a creamy dessert with a delicate flavor.
