Chocolate truffle

Chocolate truffles are small delicious morsels with very few ingredients. Perfect for sweetening every moment of the day. These chocolates that can be prepared in no time will conquer the palate of all your friends and relatives. Let's see what we need for the preparation of chocolate truffles. Ingredients 200 g Dark chocolate 200 ml Fresh liquid cream 150 g Milk chocolate Unsweetened cocoa powder 20 gIcing sugar Preparation Start the preparation of the chocolate truffles by chopping both the dark and milk chocolate with a knife. Put the fresh cream and icing sugar in a saucepan. Put on the heat and heat until it reaches boiling point. Place the chopped chocolate in the saucepan and continue cooking over low heat. Mix everything during cooking and when the chocolate is melted and the consistency is smooth and homogeneous, remove from the stove. Transfer the ganache to a container and let it cool for a few minutes at room temperature, stirring occasionally. Cover the bowl with tissue paper and place it in the fridge to cool for at least 30 minutes. When the ganache is completely cold, take the bowl out of the fridge and form quenelles with 2 teaspoons. Pour some bitter cocoa into a large dish and place the quenelles on it. Turn the truffles in the bitter cocoa with the help of teaspoons. With your hands, give the truffles as round a shape as possible. Remove the excess cocoa and place them on a plate. Serve the chocolate truffles to your diners. You can get other variations of the recipe by replacing the bitter cocoa with chopped hazelnuts or almonds. Alternatively, you can use pistachio grains or coconut flour. Another variation of the recipe is obtained by adding grated orange peel inside the chocolate ganches and why not a pinch of chili powder.
