Nutella and custard glasses

Nutella and custard glasses are a very simple dessert to prepare, perfect for ending a meal. This delicious dessert can also be prepared a few hours in advance and left to rest in the fridge. Let's see what you need for the preparation of Nutella and custard glasses. Ingredients For the composition 200 g Dry biscuits 100 ml Fresh liquid cream 100 g Nutella 30 ml Milk 30 g Vanilla icing sugar For the custard 2 egg yolks 200 ml Milk 25 g Cornstarch 75 g Sugar 50 g Fresh liquid cream 1/2 sachet Vanillin (or a vanilla bean) Preparation Start the preparation of the Nutella and custard glasses by separating the yolks from the whites. Place the egg yolks in a bowl. Add the vanillin, sugar and cornstarch. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous cream. Put the milk in a saucepan and put it on the heat. When the milk comes to a boil, remove it from the stove and pour it slowly into the bowl of egg and sugar cream. While pouring the milk, stir the mixture vigorously with a whisk. Transfer the cream to the saucepan and put it back on the heat. Let it thicken, stirring constantly and when the cream has reached the desired consistency, transfer it to a container and immerse it in cold water to lower the temperature quickly. While the cream cools, stir constantly. Once the custard has been prepared, place the biscuits in a food processor and reduce them to flour. Mix the biscuits with the milk until you get a sandy consistency. Whip the cream with the icing sugar and then start the composition of the desserts. On the bottom of the glass, form a layer of biscuits, place a generous layer of custard on top. Level with a teaspoon and form another layer of biscuits on the cream. Complete the dessert with whipped cream and a generous dose of Nutella. Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, when they are cold, serve the Nutella and custard glasses to your diners.
