Ingredients 320 grams of Linguine 2 cloves of garlic 1 chilli pepper 8 anchovy fillets 2 tablespoons of salted capers a few caper leaves in oil 100 grams of olives 60 grams of sun-dried tomatoes extra virgin olive oil finely chopped parsley dried oregano Preparation Let's start by desalting the capers, rinsing them thoroughly under cold water.
