La Torre Bianco wine
La Torre Bianco is a white wine obtained from a blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia and Grechetto grapes that come from the oldest vines, and from small quantities of Pecorina grapes produced from plants of about 150 years of life. Refine for a few months in steel. The harvest is manual, with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts and 48-hour maceration on the skins. The refinement lasts 6 months in steel, then in the bottle without filtration or clarification or addition of sulphur.
Tasting note

Region: Umbria.
Grapes: 33% Trebbiano, 33% Malvasia, 33% Grechetto, 1% Pecorino
