SPOON DESSERT WITH COFFEE MOUSSE AND CHOCOLATE BISCUITS

Ingredients
For the crumbled base180 g chocolate biscuits50 ml fresh liquid cream
For the creamy part250 g fresh whipping cream200 g condensed milk7 g instant coffee powdercranberries
For the chocolate crumbleCrumble the cocoa biscuits into a powder.Then add the fresh liquid cream and incorporate well. Set aside.Then prepare the coffee mousse.
For the coffee mousseDissolve the instant coffee well in some liquid cream, then add it to the rest of the cream and whisk until a fairly creamy consistency.
Steps
Then add the condensed milk and stir with a spatula until it is completely incorporated. At this point, whip the cake in the cups. Make a base with the crumbled cookies first, then continue with a couple of tablespoons of coffee mousse and continue like this alternating crumble of chocolate cookies and coffee cream. Finally, finish with some crumbled biscuits and some blueberries to decorate.
