Sea Bream in foil

SEA BREAM IN FOIL is a light and healthy second course. A very simple dish to prepare, but at the same time tasty. The protagonist is the sea bream which is flavored with various spices: mint, sage, parsley, rosemary, pepper, garlic and lemon slices to give a fragrant and citrus touch to this dish. Cooking in foil enhances the flavor of the sea bream and preserves all the nutrients of this magnificent sea fish. Let's now go and see the recipe, but first don't forget to follow me.

Ingredients

sea bream 400 g
salt
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
lemon (4 slices)
spices (parsley, sage, rosemary, mint, pepper)

Preparation

For the preparation of sea bream in foil I started having the fish already cleaned by the fishmonger, it is much more convenient. Wash the sea bream under running water and dry them with a cloth. Once this is done, place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, salt and pepper the inside of the sea bream, then add the washed and finely chopped spices. Cut lemon slices and insert one in each sea bream together with a clove of garlic without the peel. Also add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil inside and out. Close the sea bream in the parchment paper like a candy. Then wrap them in aluminum foil. Place them on a baking sheet and bake them at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Once cooked, remove the sea bream from the oven and wait a few minutes before removing the aluminum foil. Then sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
