Pizzas with Bacon and Cheese

200 grams of sweet bacon

Steps
Unroll our roll of pizza dough, flour it lightly and roll it out with a rolling pin; Cut out circles with a pastry cutter that we place in a baking pan lined with parchment paper, cover with a cloth and let rise for about ten minutes. We heat a non-stick pan, put our bacon and let it become crispy; Cut the mozzarella and brie cheese into cubes and mix them together. We just have to fill our pizzas, lay some pieces of crispy bacon, a few pieces of the cheese mix and oregano to taste. Bake at 180 degrees C for about 12 minutes, serve them hot on a wooden cutting board accompanied by cherry tomatoes cut in half and serve them hot with stringy cheese (they are still delicious even cold).
