Chicken soup



An easy soup to make, with a few simple ingredients absolutely to try that I am convinced will win you over at the first taste. I will use, for this recipe, a whole chicken you can also use chicken breasts or recycle previously cooked and leftover chicken. The soup can be enriched with noodles that you surely know and that our boys like so much; be careful if you add them not to cook them too much otherwise they become a pimp. Now let's see what we need to make our Chicken Soup.

Ingredients

1 small chicken
1 carrot
1 onion
2 stalks of celery
1 white onion
1 can of natural peas
salt
Pepper
cornstarch to taste

Ingredients for decoration
chives
parsley
cooking cream

Steps

First of all, let's prepare the broth: wash the chicken, remove the entrails. Prepare the vegetables, peel the carrots and cut them into slices; Peel the onion and cut the celery into pieces. In a large pot put the chicken and vegetables with plenty of salted water and cook for about 30/40 minutes. Remove the chicken from the broth, de-salt it and fillet the meat from the breast. Put the meat of the legs and back together with the carrots and onion in a blender and chop it. Bring the broth to a boil again, add the chicken fillets, corn and peas (drained from the preserving liquid and rinsed under running water). We also add the meat with the blended vegetables. Put the soup in individual cubes, add a little cream and parsley and a few strands of chopped chives. Good and different from the usual soup, our Chicken Soup is ready. See you next recipe!
